Sejoli Sejauh: Reynaldi & Daniz

Reynaldi and Daniz have known each other almost all their lives. They first met in kindergarten, shared classes through elementary school, then went their separate ways for a while. A surprise reunion at a Sheila On 7 concert in 2019 reignited their friendship, and soon they began dating. After three years of supporting each other, they decided to get married.

Their first date was a simple night out—sushi followed by a long chat at a coffee shop—just enough time to reconnect and catch up. Over the years, they’ve gotten to know each other’s personalities and everyday habits. Though life can be unpredictable, they’ve found that open communication helps them stay close.

Discovering Sejauh Mata Memandang happened naturally—through social media, local boutiques, and exhibitions. They both liked the brand’s distinctive stories behind each collection, as well as its relaxed, timeless look. For a special occasion, they picked the Ombak Laut set (a short kebaya and a long-sleeve shirt), finding it comfortable and easy to wear. To them, being careful about fashion choices—choosing items thoughtfully made and meant to last—reflects a caring way of living.
