Why we love Pagi-Sore design
Pagi means morning and sore means late afternoon.
Batik Pagi-Sore has two different designs in one Kain divided diagonally / in two
It was created to save money during the hard times of the Japanese occupation of Indonesia (1942 - 1945).
The brighter colour is the pagi motif, to be worn in the morning with the motif shown in front, while the darker colour is the sore motif to be worn in the late afternoon.
This product comes with reusable packaging, handcrafted by Balinese artisans using aluminum sheets and wire, which are beautifully shaped and carved by hand.
