Home, in Little Moments: Lia’s Family

In Lia’s home, love lingers in the everyday: in flowers on Valentine’s Day, shared meals on birthdays, and the time they simply make for each other after a long day. These moments, though simple, hold them close and remind them what truly matters. They have become the family’s language of care, connecting Lia, her husband, and their 16-year-old daughter in the simplest yet most meaningful ways.
She keeps these moments close, just like she does the memories of their umrah trip, a peaceful journey filled with gratitude that still stays with her today.

Most days flow gently. Lia drives her daughter to and from school, takes care of the house, and joins her weekly Balinese dance class that brings her joy and calm. On weekends, she and her husband often go for motorbike rides through the city. Sometimes their daughter comes along, other times with cousins or friends. They also enjoy sharing meals as a family, watching movies at the cinema, or visiting Lia’s parents in Bandung when time allows.

Sejauh Mata Memandang has also become part of their rhythm. Lia treasures every piece she owns, especially the older motifs that are now rarely made. Each one feels familiar and full of stories, reminding her of warmth, patience, and care, the same values she carries through her days with her family.
At home, mindfulness shapes the way they live. They sort their waste, avoid littering, and care for the earth in small, steady ways, believing that change begins with everyday choices and quiet gratitude for the world around them.
